Vincenzo is an equity partner of QRM&P who cooperated with the network since its foundation.
He achieved a degree as Enterprise Jurist at the University of L’Aquila, then continued his studies in law at the University Partenope in Naples and at the Spanish University Universidad de Jaén obtaining a master degree in law.

He was inspector of the Financial Police and economic-financial investigator, performing tax audits against SMEs and large companies.
He completed a period of notarial practice in Milan and was assistant to the judicial authority of Lodi in the field of financial crimes and the application of property prevention measures.

In 2018 he was selected as economic and financial investigator by the International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala, an independent body instituted under the supervising of the UN.

He became partner of an international tax advising firm based in Spain and United Kingdom, with the role of advisor in tax planning and MLRO (anti money laundering reporting officer).

He is one of the founders and for several years President of the CeSFI, Centre of Studies on International Taxation Law. He has a deep knowledge of legal and tax topics on innovative technologies, like cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

Vincenzo, in addition to Italian speaks fluent Spanish and English.
